October 30th Ghost Hunt with Chip Coffey and Brian Harnois

Q: What time does event begin? Can I come late? And can I leave and come back?

A: The doors open at 3:30pm and the event activities start at 4pm. Feel free to come late if need be but make sure you are at the terminal by 7:30pm. You can also leave and come back as long as you are at the terminal by 7:30pm.

Q: Is the Terminal heated?

A: NO! It is about 45 - 50 degrees right now. Please dress warm and wear comfortable shoes.

Q: What should I bring?

A: At a minimum, you should have a flashlight. We also recommend you have a camera and an audio digital recorder that you can purchase at Walmart. Feel free to bring your own ghost hunting equipment as long as you can carry it all with you.

Q: Where do I park?

A: All parking will be at the terminal. A shuttle will take you over to Iron Island when it is your groups turn to head over there.

Q: Are there bathrooms?

A: At the moment, the terminal has only portable toilets that are located outside the door. Iron Island does have regular toilets inside.

Q: What happens at the event and the ghost hunt?

A: Lectures, Q&A, etc. will be held from 4pm to 8pm. Please keep in mind, if the temperatures are unseasonable cold, we may shorten the lecture portion. The ghost hunt will start at 8:15pm. Each person will be split up in to 5 groups, and sent to five seperate locations. Each group will rotate every 75 minutes and will have a chance to investigate all locations. Each group will also have a chance to work with all the celebrity guests.

Q: Can I go in the tower or the basement?

A: Due to the size of the event and the amount of people attending, we cannot allow access to these 2 locations for safety resaons. Please keep in mind there are PLENTY of floors and rooms to investigate along with Iron Island. The terminal is over 500,000 square feet!

Q: Will there be food at the event?

A: Yes, there will be snacks, drinks, and pizza at the event for purchase.

Q: Is there a place to warm up?

A: We are acquiring a warm up room at the terminal to get the chill off. Also keep in mind, part of the ghost hunt is at Iron Island which is heated.

Q: What is the age limit?

A: We recommend no one under 12 attend this event. Any minor must be accompanied by an adult.

Q: Does my ticket for Friday allow me access to the ghost hunt on Saturday?

A: No. The event on Saturday is a separate ticketed event. If you want to attend this event, you can email at ryanw@wnyghosthunters.com for more info.

Q: I want to investigate a tower floor and the trolley lobby, but I already handed out $150 for Friday night. How can I investigate these locations?

A: If you want to come back for the first part of the ghost hunt on Saturday night to go in the tower floor or the trolley lobby, email ryanw@wnyghosthunters.com for a discounted rate. This ticket will only get you in the terminal from 6pm - 10pm and will not include the second half at Iron Island. We are only able to investigate these two locations by keeping the attendance numbers down, that is why Saturday is for only 50 people. Of course, proof of attending the Friday night event is required.

Q: Why is the ticket so expensive?

A: The ticket is $150 because we need to pay for the talent's time for attending the event. We also need to cover their travel, lodging, and food. There are also other expenses like insurance, security, bathrooms, etc. In order to make enough money for a donation to the buildings, the tickets have to be priced accordingly. 100% goes to charity!
